Kimberly-Clark Declares Quarterly Dividend DALLAS, May 1, 2003 – The board of directors of Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 34 cents per share. The dividend is payable on July 2, 2003, to stockholders of record on June 6, 2003.
